"Mens sana in corpore sano," the importance of physical activity for health and wellbeing.

The center offers pilates and yoga classes. Both disciplines are beneficial for muscle strength and toning, and for developing motor skills, improved posture, agility, and circulation.

Self-defense classes taught by qualified instructors are also available.
