what we do
Through a calendar of events, the foundation offers initiatives based on food and wine culture presented by small local producers, readings presented by independent bookstores, and exhibitions/performances by artists, musicians, and artisans. All funds raised will go toward academic scholarships.
Fedora is a creating learning lab and pastry shop of Apicius International School of Hospitality, and is open to the public.
